SHIPPING POLICY 

-All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days unless otherwise noted. 

-All items will ship USPS First Class Mail. Please contact us at tenandtwoshop@gmail.com if you would like to arrange for expedited shipping and/or shipping insurance. 

-We are not responsible for lost packages once your item is with USPS. Please direct all shipping questions to www.usps.com. 

EXCHANGE POLICY

-Refunds are not available at this time. Merchandise may be returned for store credit only. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us, within 7 days of receiving your package, at tenandtwoshop@gmail.com for directions on how to return your item for store credit.
